Human resources are a fundamental asset in Sirti thanks to their know-how and skills.

Sirti employee recruitment process is carried out through voluntary candidacies and institutional contacts with universities and specialization schools.

Sirti has always kept in touch with many Italian universities and their trusts in order to maintain a lively know-how and god practices exchange and to update constantly about technological and management innovation and evolution.

These are few of all collaborations in progress with various universities:

• Polytechnic of Milan (and, in particular, with the MIP and CEFRIEL trusts);
• COFRIDIP takes part in the trust created between the University of Padua and some of the most prestigious telecommunications companies. The Trust's mission is to create a university master degree, “Master Mediacom”
• Universities of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Bologna and Parma: LAICA project;
• University of Pavia: historical telecommunications equipments collection grant, which originally was housed in Sirti Museum of Telecommunications;
• University of Rome (La Sapienza and Tor Vergata): projects in rail transport sector.
