    • Single point of access to which the provider/customer can turn every time a problem is encountered;  it can be a toll-free number, a dedicated mailbox, a Web front-end
  • System & application management:
    • Monitoring of systems and processes application the customer considers mission-critical

  • Service assurance
  • Activity Report Tracking (ART):
    • Activities and events tracking for ordinary, scheduled and extraordinary interventions via tickets associated with the objects to be managed and to the correlated activities
