Sirti has the know-how and references in order to offer DVB-T networks (Digital Video Broadcast-Terrestrial) and DVB-H networks (Digital Video Broadcast-Handheld).

Sirti offer is articulated  in the following  technological areas:

• Contribution network: for connecting production centers of the single programs and the national broadcasting production center for the programs schedule
• Carrier network: for connecting the national production center and the regional production centers where local channels can be added to the programs schedule
• Broadcasting network: for broadcasting the signal over the entire territory; it can be with an SFN (single-frequency) or MFN (multi-frequency) structure
• National and regional head-ends: production centers where the single video signals and program stream are gathered in order to be multiplied and broadcasted over the network, organized according to the broadcasting  programs schedule.  In the production center there are also systems for managing the offered services (EPG, CAS, PPV, VOD, interactive services)
• Integration of customers management systems and conditioned access as well as billing
• Interactive services: such as T-Government: taxes information and paying, social security, booking for medical requests; informative services: weather, news; entertainment services: televoting, opinion polls, teleticketing; T-Learning: remote training
• Maintenance services: preventive and corrective maintenance at network, head-end and service center level, help desk, in field analysis and service coverage validation
