Sirti is able to offer the design, realization and maintenance of electric traction lines and power lines by virtue of its know-how developed over the years, Sirti is able to offer design, implementation and maintenance of electric traction and powering lines.
In particular, Sirti dominates the following technologies:
- HV Primary supply lines at 130 kV
- MV lines at 10/15 kV
- 3kV DC contact lines
- 25 kV AC contact lines - 50 Hz (i.e. RFI High Speed project)
- 750 V and 600 V DC contact lines
- Lighting plants and power systems along the line
- Electrical substations for HV/MV conversion
- DOTE System (Dirigente Operativo Trazione Elettrica) in order to remotely command and control electrical substations; Sirti production
- Electromagnetic compatibility studies
Moreover Sirti has many years of experience in lighting systems in railway tunnels and station areas such as platforms, canopies and maneuvering yards.
This activity includes lighting engineering design used to define the positioning of lighting fixtures installed on lamp posts, shelves or lighthouse towers, the supply cables and electrical protection sizing, the definition of the cable pathways, the design of lighting fixtures support shelves, lighthouse towers footing and general plants.
In addition, Sirti has a proprietary lighting solution based on
LED technology; this lamp, with reduced dimension, has a long life length, an important energetic saving, a high lighting efficiency and an easy remote management.
