Sirti: a company quality oriented

Sirti has always taken into attention the quality side of the projects carried out.
The company looks constantly at the improvement of services and solutions provided to the customers.
All the materials used, the techniques for design and construction adopted, the skills of its staff are strictly in accordance with quality rules which the company has set itself as task and which are respected during the projects development and in construction of plants.
Due to this engagement Sirti reached in 1994 the Quality Certification CSQ.ISO 9001 To reach an higer customer satisfaction level, Sirti has developed a Quality Management System which involves all the company’s processes and the staff.
Sirti’s Quality Management System is certified ISO 9001:2000.

Towards the goal of Excellence

Thanks to the constant and continuous process aimed towards the improvement of the services proposed and the customer satisfaction, Sirti gives oneself a further and significant goal: the Excellence.
To reach this level of performance the Company has developed a program which permitted Sirti to achieve the EFQM recognition "Committed to Excellence", which the European Committee has recently awarded to Sirti S.p.A.
This good result put Sirti S.p.A. into the short list of the best organized companies in Europe.
